Broker Candidate Profile:
-     Experience independent professional in commercial real estate sales or
       leasing in your specialty within the Southern California market and beyond
-     Gross commissions exceeding $500,000 per year for the last three years
-     Possess the highest professional and ethical standards
-     College degree and current CA real estate license
-     Existing income-producing relationships with whom there is mutual respect
-     Personable, positive attitude with a great sense of humor
-     Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-     Inherent desire to do your best and better your life
-     Willingness and ability to incur your own expenses in return for an immediate
       increased commission split of 75% beginning day-one and increasing
       to 85% in your third year
