Equity Interest as a Broker Partner
Typically, competing firms require many years of seniority to gain partner status or equity interest. If you are selected as a UCP broker partner, you will receive an interest in the company and equity earnings in addition to 75% commission starting the first year and earning your way to 85% in three years based upon your historical performance.. UCP can afford to lucrative compensation since we are looking for only a few top performing brokers. Our brokers immediately earn at the industry's highest commission levels from the day one. High commission splits are integral to our success.

Signing Incentive to Qualified Brokers
Details will be provided in a personal meeting with the principal broker.

Participate in UCP Expansion
Qualified brokers may earn the right to participate in future expansion of new UCP offices in other market areas as opportunities permit.
